Thank you for choosing GrinCorp. We want to ensure you have a transparent and satisfying experience with our digital products and software development services.
1. Custom Software Development
Due to the nature of custom software development (B2B/Individual projects), refunds are handled strictly based on the terms specified in the individual development contract signed between GrinCorp and the client. Work already completed and approved in milestones is generally non-refundable.
2. Digital Products & SaaS (e.g., GrinVox)
For ready-made software licenses or SaaS subscriptions purchased directly through our billing partners (including Paddlenet), we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- The product license key has not been heavily exploited or violated the terms.
- You experience a technical issue that our support team cannot resolve within 5 business days.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your software subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, and you will not be charged further. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in a billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email to our support desk with your order number, invoice from Paddlenet, and a brief description of the reason for your request.
